This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical representative, sales to support existing sales, drive high level of service and ensure good customer relationship management. You will be able to work independently whilst will having support from your colleagues located in Germany and across the EMENA region.
The role will be based in Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, or Saxony, ideally in the Magdeburg or surrounding area, predominantly serving customers in the sugar, starch & ethanol industries. You will be working from the customer site or/and home office, full-time or on a part-time schedule. The position is temporary and initially limited to 6 months, can however evolve into permanent employment if successful.
Maintaining and building good relations with customers at all levels.
Liaising with customers' team to ensure customers’ and accounts’ requirements are met.
Performing services in a timely manner and within deadlines under the supervision of the account manager. This includes daily/weekly sampling and laboratory tests as well as preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs for Buckman’s equipment as required.
Occasionally weekend availability in case of breakdowns in exchange for free recuperation time during the week.
Following all safety rules and requirements as a first priority (HCAS).
Controlling Buckman’s applications and dosing regimen
Reporting to the account manager about any contingencies or anomalies regarding Buckman applications.
Reporting to the account manager any continuous improvement projects or cost reductions that can support Buckman’s applications.
Analyzing chemical consumptions, and applications on weekly and/or monthly basis
