Research in the area of computational neuroscience and nonlinear dynamics, execution of the DFG project "Temporal fluctuations in functional networks of the human brain - modeling brain transition between cognitive states", including publishing of research findings, interacting with national and international project partners and supervision of students (BSc and MSc) of TU Berlin and Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience Berlin.
Successful candidates must have completed a university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) and PhD in physics or in a field related to computational neuroscience. Detailed knowledge in the area of computational neuroscience and nonlinear dynamics is essential, experience in neuroimaging data analysis is advantageous.
