Intern (m/f) - Gap Year Internship in Operations & IT Academy
The Allianz Operations & IT Academy, which is working in a SCRUM set up, aims to continuously attract and develop global Operations & IT employees in order to become market-leading Operations & IT experts fit for the Digital Age.
In addition, the Academy offers transformational capability trainings and strategic block busters for all employees across the Group to foster the upskilling in the areas of digital and organizational transformation.
We are looking for a motivated GAP Year intern, who wants to learn new skills, gain practical experience and get insights how to build up a new functional Academy in an international company.
You will learn and experience how
program manager develop and realize training programs by supporting them
to realize marketing and communication tasks to promote the Operations & IT Academy
you can actively contribute in the development of new products and formats
to perform clearly defined tasks independently and to actively support the team in organizational and
to work effective and efficient in SCRUM
Finished a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or another related field
Demonstrated an outstanding academic rigor
Excellent command of English and good German language skills
Proficient in presentation creation tools in Power Point and spreadsheet management in Excel
Eager to gain a year of practical experience before embarking on their Master studies
Previous working experience in Human Resources or Communication
Good understanding of digital, IT and social media topics
Solution orientation and quick learner able to grasp new concepts quickly
Attention to detail, teamwork attitude, and thoroughness are a must
Start date and duration : March - April 2018, for 12 months, full-time
