Intern (m/f) - Gap Year Internship in Ope­ra­ti­ons & IT Aca­demy


The Alli­anz Ope­ra­ti­ons & IT Aca­demy, which is working in a SCRUM set up, aims to con­ti­nuously attract and deve­lop glo­bal Ope­ra­ti­ons & IT employees in order to become mar­ket-lea­ding Ope­ra­ti­ons & IT experts fit for the Digi­tal Age.
In addi­tion, the Aca­demy offers trans­for­ma­tio­nal capa­bi­lity trai­nings and stra­te­gic block bus­ters for all employees across the Group to fos­ter the ups­kil­ling in the areas of digi­tal and orga­niza­t­io­nal trans­for­ma­tion.
We are loo­king for a moti­va­ted GAP Year intern, who wants to learn new skills, gain prac­tical expe­ri­ence and get insights how to build up a new func­tio­nal Aca­demy in an inter­na­tio­nal com­pany.

Key Res­pon­si­bi­li­ties
You will learn and expe­ri­ence how
  • pro­gram mana­ger deve­lop and rea­lize trai­ning pro­grams by sup­porting them
  • to rea­lize mar­ke­ting and com­mu­ni­ca­tion tasks to pro­mote the Ope­ra­ti­ons & IT Aca­demy
  • you can actively cont­ri­bute in the deve­lop­ment of new pro­ducts and for­mats
  • to per­form clearly defi­ned tasks inde­pendently and to actively sup­port the team in orga­niza­t­io­nal and
admi­nis­tra­tive tasks
  • to work effec­tive and effi­ci­ent in SCRUM

Er­war­te­te Qua­li­fi­ka­tio­nen:

  • Finis­hed a Bache­lor’s degree in Eco­no­mics, Human Resour­ces, Busi­ness Manage­ment, Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons or ano­ther rela­ted field
  • Demons­tra­ted an out­stan­ding aca­de­mic rigor
  • Excel­lent com­mand of Eng­lish and good Ger­man lan­guage skills
  • Pro­fi­ci­ent in pre­sen­ta­tion crea­tion tools in Power Point and spreads­heet manage­ment in Excel
  • Eager to gain a year of prac­tical expe­ri­ence before embar­king on their Mas­ter stu­dies
  • Pre­vious working expe­ri­ence in Human Resour­ces or Com­mu­ni­ca­tion
  • Good under­stan­ding of digi­tal, IT and social media topics
  • Solu­tion ori­en­ta­tion and quick lear­ner able to grasp new con­cepts quickly
  • Atten­tion to detail, team­work atti­tude, and tho­rough­ness are a must
