Work­ing field:

Within a third party fun­ded pro­ject, the TU Ber­lin will develop and qual­ify a new method for the real­iz­a­tion of mod­u­lar mini­aturzed power elec­tron­ics for auto­mot­ive and industry power applic­a­tions.
The scope of work will espe­cially focus on the devel­op­ment of suit­able cir­cuits and inter­con­nec­tion tech­no­lo­gies, which tar­get to real­ize highly effi­cient mod­ules together with a sig­ni­fic­ant volume and cost reduc­tion.

Require­ments:

  • suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in Elec­trical Engin­eer­ing, Phys­ics, Mater­ial Sci­ence or sim­ilar
  • know­ledge and exper­i­ence in microsys­tem tech­no­logy and devel­op­ment of elec­tronic cir­cuits
  • exper­i­ence in pro­ject work
addi­tional know­ledge desired in :
  • inter­con­nect tech­no­lo­gies
  • exper­i­ence in cir­cuit devel­op­ment for auto­mot­ive, industry or med­ical applic­a­tions
  • micro­con­trol­ler cir­cuitry and pro­gram­ming
  • mech­an­ical con­struc­tion
other:
  • very good com­mand of Ger­man and good com­mand of Eng­lish (writ­ten and spoken)
  • inde­pend­ent and well-struc­tured work­ing method
  • will­ing­ness to accept respons­ib­il­it­ies for dif­fer­ent tasks
  • abil­ity to work in a team, will­ing­ness for doc­u­ment­a­tion tasks
