Based in Ber­lin, Aud­ible.de is look­ing for a Work­ing Stu­dent – Audio Pro­duc­tion / Audi­tion (m/f).

In this role, you will be part of the EU Con­tent Oper­a­tions team. You will gain valu­able insights into con­tent inges­tion and cata­log man­age­ment for the aud­ible, amazon and iTunes plat­forms, deal­ing with the latest and hot­test audiobooks avail­able.

Main respons­ib­il­it­ies:
  • Check­ing incom­ing assets for com­plete­ness and com­pli­ance with our guidelines.
  • Pro­cessing new delivered audio con­tent.
  • Veri­fy­ing audio qual­ity for new releases (audi­tion).
  • Pro­cessing cover art and audio samples.
  • Fix­ing audio and image art issues.
  • Main­tain­ing our phys­ical and digital audio archive.

Require­ments:

Your pro­file:
  • First exper­i­ence in audio and/or image pro­cessing.
  • Sound know­ledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Out­look).
  • Sound com­mand of the Eng­lish and Ger­man lan­guage.
  • Com­mit­ment to qual­ity and abil­ity to work inde­pend­ently.
  • You must be enrolled in a first degree study course (1st Bach­elor or 1st Mas­ter) at a Ger­man uni­versity to ful­fill the work­ing stu­dent cri­teria.

Pre­ferred Qual­i­fic­a­tions:
  • Addi­tional lan­guage skills in French or Italian are a plus.
  • Affin­ity for books, audiobooks and media in gen­eral.
