research in the field of air quality considering particularly sources and sinks of particulate matter and of atmospheric reactive substances by field and laboratory experiments
modelling of atmospheric chemistry with process based models
statistical data analysis
teaching at the Chair of Environmental Chemistry and Air Research (BSc/MSc) in the area of environmental chemistry, air research, environmental analysis
supervision of student theses
successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in the field of environmental technology, environmental sciences or alike with a focus an atmospheric research
very good quantitative analysis skills required
very good written and oral language skills in German or English required
experiences with environmental analysis methods in field and laboratory measurements advantageous
experiences with computer programming and mathematic skills advantageous
