Within the framework of the "Quality Offensive Teacher Training", the project "TUB Teaching 2.0 – Innovative Start, Work- and Research-Relation in the Job-Related Teacher Training" is supposed to support and further develop the teacher training at the Technische Universität Berlin. Therefore, so-called Cooperation Laboratories (Co-Labs) are being established in order to create a connection to the professional practice and to contribute to the professionalization of the vocational teachers. This is supposed to promote the students’ skills of developing heterogeneity-sensitive and job-related class tasks and of creating competence-oriented classes.
Research assistant - 0.5 working time - salary grade E13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen
under the reserve that funds are granted
development, implementation and evaluation of approaches to establishing Cooperation Laboratories (Co-Labs) for the division of electrical engineering, information technology, metal technology, automotive engineering and media Engineering
analysis and development of work-orientated, differentiated learning tasks with consideration of current cross-cutting issues (sustainability, digitalisation, diagnostics, inclusion, language development)
(subject-)didactic preparation of tasks cross-cutting the learning environment for activity- and competence-oriented teaching
assistance in the research association "TUB Teaching 2.0"
successfully completed scientific university education (Diplom, Master or equivalent) preferably in the area of education, educational sciences, teaching at vocational Schools
interest in further scientific training (doctorate or habilitation)
fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing; experience in university education, preferably in the area of education of teachers and the conception of university courses
preferably experiences in quantitative empirical educational research and in the execution of interdisciplinary research Projects
independence, ability to work in a team, openness
