Work­ing field:

Tasks and Respons­ib­il­it­ies:
Sup­port the Global Cus­tomer Suc­cess (GCS) team in:
  • pro­duce timely solu­tions accord­ing to cus­tomer needs and object­ives
  • man­age orders and deliv­er­ies
  • sup­port the GCS team in man­aging research pro­gram requests
  • com­mu­nic­ate with cus­tom­ers and busi­ness part­ners to ensure over­all cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion
  • provid­ing cus­tomer sup­port to sales part­ners and dir­ect cus­tom­ers
  • work­ing closely with col­leagues from other depart­ments to resolve pro­ject and/or cus­tomer related issues
  • con­trib­ut­ing to the suc­cess­ful exe­cu­tion of major con­tracts


  • Basic know­ledge or strong interest in remote sens­ing or/and GIS industry
  • Enrolled in a Bach­elor/Mas­ter degree course for another year
  • Any rel­ev­ant work or intern­ship exper­i­ence in the field of GIS/ remote sens­ing or cus­tomer sup­port
  • Flu­ent in writ­ten and spoken Eng­lish
  • Tech savvy: able to learn new soft­ware without much instruc­tion
  • Self-starter who works on own ini­ti­at­ive with strong com­mu­nic­a­tion skills
  • Highly organ­ized, able to pri­or­it­ize and work under tight dead­lines
  • Team-player with strong inter­per­sonal skills

Nice to have:
  • Know­ledge of data­base man­age­ment tools
  • Exper­i­ence with CRM Soft­ware like Sales­
