Stu­dent Intern­ship in Change Man­age­ment for Global Cloud Ser­vices (9-12 months)

The Roche Global Infra­struc­ture and Ser­vices deliv­ers inform­at­ics ser­vices that enable Roche to do now what patients need next. We aim to be a pil­lar of sta­bil­ity, as well as the most trus­ted busi­ness part­ner, deliv­er­ing reli­able IT ser­vices while look­ing at how tech­no­lo­gical innov­a­tion can help Roche make a dif­fer­ence.

Within this scope, the Busi­ness Intel­li­gence & Intel­li­gent Search group will run the Enter­prise Cloud Ana­lyt­ics Ser­vice pro­ject in 2020. This pro­ject will deliver fast to set up and easy to scale cloud envir­on­ments while deliv­er­ing com­pli­ance, secur­ity and data gov­ernance by design.

The pos­i­tion

In this pos­i­tion you will develop and imple­ment integ­rated com­mu­nic­a­tion strategies for part­ners, cre­at­ing com­mu­nic­a­tion plans that align with busi­ness object­ives while defin­ing KPIs to mon­itor busi­ness impact of pro­jects, for example: define what return on invest­ment means for your busi­ness as func­tion of hard cost sav­ings versus increase in agil­ity and deliv­ery per­form­ance.

Require­ments:

Who you are

  • Mas­ter stu­dent in the area of Com­mu­nic­a­tions/Change Man­age­ment, Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Pro­ject Man­age­ment, Stra­tegic Plan­ning or Organ­iz­a­tional Devel­op­ment look­ing for a mas­ter thesis or you are max. of 12 months after gradu­ation from one of the above degrees (start date of the intern­ship and of the cer­ti­fic­ate is rel­ev­ant)
  • Must be able to develop com­mu­nic­a­tions plans and tac­tics in order to achieve busi­ness object­ives
  • Abil­ity to work through, syn­thes­ize, and nar­rate com­plex issues or new ini­ti­at­ives with a sense of own­er­ship, drive and urgency
  • Abil­ity to define, imple­ment and ana­lyze KPIs such as given above
  • Keen to demon­strate organ­iz­a­tional, com­mu­nic­a­tion and prob­lem-solv­ing skills
