Conception and realisation of independent research projects
Participation in shaping the profile of the chair “Interdisciplinary Womens* and Gender Studies”
Teaching and Research in the field of interdisciplinary, intersectional Gender Studies with focus on post and decolonial perspectives
Participation in the development of international cooperation in research and teaching (particularly with universities in African countries)
Participation in the development of courses in english
Successfully completed university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) and PhD in Gender Studies or with focus on Gender Studies; focus on post-/decolonial theories
Experience with teaching and publication
Specific interest in interdisciplinary and intenational feminist theory and perspectives of social theory
Experiences with team work, communicative competences
Very good German and English language skills; sufficient language proficiency to teach classes in both German and English is expected
Experience with heterogenous academic cultures
French language skills
