Ser­vice Con­sul­tant – Change Manage­ment Pro­ject (f/m)

Work­ing field:

Your Role
  • Esta­blis­hing an inter­na­tio­nal busi­ness ser­vice cen­ter for tools and stan­dards for mar­ke­ting and sales, which pro­vi­des highly rele­vant and value-added ser­vices for the busi­ness part­ners in the mar­kets of our cust­o­mer to faci­li­tate digi­tal tran­si­tion of the busi­ness
  • After buil­ding the necessary know­ledge and capa­bi­lity in the change pro­ject, adap­t­ing these capa­bi­li­ties to the glo­bal busi­ness sup­port needs – sca­ling con­ti­nuously with increa­sing mar­kets and ser­vices
  • Trans­fer the know­how in tools and stan­dards into the mar­kets and enrich the ope­ra­tio­nal imple­men­ta­tion via dif­fe­rent chan­nels – via phone, e-mail, skype for busi­ness
  • Sup­porting the docu­men­ta­tion of the know­how of the tools and stan­dards

Require­ments:

Your Requi­re­ments
  • High Level of writ­ten and spo­ken Eng­lish and at least one of the fol­lo­wing lan­gua­ges:
  • Chi­nese / Man­da­rin
  • Ita­lian
  • Endu­ring com­mit­ment for a long term part­nership with sup­por­ted mar­kets and brands repre­sen­ta­ti­ves
  • IT affi­nity
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills and cli­ent ori­en­ta­tion
  • Mobi­lity and fle­xi­bi­lity – tra­vel­ling to the mar­kets if nee­ded and avail­a­bi­lity at mar­ket’s busi­ness hours
  • Ability to work inde­pendently as well as in Teams
  • Exper­tise in digi­tal or Multi-Chan­nel Mar­ke­ting is pre­fer­red
