Work­ing field:

Col­lab­or­a­tion in the BMBF-pro­ject „QuSe­cure – Quantum com­mu­nic­a­tion sys­tems based on single-photon sources“ with a focus on: quantum optical char­ac­ter­iz­a­tion of quantum-light sources, devel­op­ment of com­pon­ents for quantum com­mu­nic­a­tion and imple­ment­a­tions of pro­to­cols quantum key dis­tri­bu­tion pro­to­colls.


Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in applied phys­ics or sim­ilar with strong the­or­et­ical and prac­tical back­ground con­cern­ing the spec­tro­scopy of nan­o­photonic devices based on semi­con­ductor quantum dots. Ideally, prac­tical exper­i­ence in the design of sys­tem com­pon­ents for quantum com­mu­nic­a­tion are exist­ent. Team skills are expressly wel­comed. Good Eng­lish skills are expec­ted.
